Welcome to our Dereham practice. At Cecil Amey Dereham, our friendly and highly professional team are here to help you with all of your eye and hearing care needs. 

Our Dereham practice is conveniently located in Dereham town centre, a short walk from several sites offering free parking. Our Dereham building has steps and a handrail to the entrance and a lift inside to the upstairs testing rooms.  

Come to our Dereham branch for eyesight testing, hearing tests and OCT scans. As well as testing, we also sell an extensive range of eyewear, contact lenses and hearing aids for a range of budgets, including designer eyewear and private hearing aid brands.

At Dereham, an Advanced Eye Examination combines your eye examination with retinal photography and OCT imaging. Our Dry Eye Clinic offers a separate assessment of dry-eye symptoms and advice on their management. Ear wax removal is also available through our hearing-care team.

How do I get to the testing rooms?
There are steps and a handrail at the entrance, with a lift inside to the upstairs testing rooms. Please call before visiting if you need help with access.

Is a dry-eye assessment part of a normal eye test?
No, it is a separate appointment. Please call Dereham to arrange it; the Dry Eye Clinic asks patients to have an up-to-date eye test first.

How can I book a hearing test?
Call 01362 692851 and tell the team you would like a hearing appointment. Our hearing services are for over-18s.
