Welcome to our Beccles branch, one of Cecil Amey’s Suffolk Optician and Audiologist locations. Our team are highly professional and compassionate and here to help you with any eye care and hearing issues you may have.  

Our Beccles practice is conveniently located in the town centre, making it simple and easy to get to your appointment. There are 5 steps up to the testing rooms level with a disabled/ wheelchair lift if required.  

Come to our Beccles branch for eyesight testing, hearing tests and OCT scans. As well as testing, we also sell an extensive range of eyewear, contact lenses and hearing aids for a range of budgets, including designer eyewear and private hearing aid brands.

For a more detailed eye-health assessment, an Advanced Eye Examination includes retinal photography and OCT imaging. If you wear contact lenses, the team can arrange an assessment or regular aftercare. We also provide ear wax removal appointments; contact the practice to discuss what you need.

How do I reach the testing rooms?
There are five steps to the testing-room level, with a wheelchair lift available if required. Please let us know about access needs when booking.

Can I come on a Saturday?
Beccles is open on Saturdays from 9am to 12 noon. Please book an appointment before visiting for an examination.

How do I arrange a hearing appointment?
Call 01502 713227 and our team will help arrange the appropriate hearing test or ear-care appointment. Hearing services are for over-18s.
